Manage the daily operation of a cat cafe. Attend to customers’ enquiries. Manage bookings and walk-ins. Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe and wellbeing of the cats. Manage the cafe’s social media accounts to generate sales for the cafe.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Brand Awareness:
- Post on Instagram, TikTok, and Google at least 4 times per week.
- Capture content and promote the café experience.
- Reply to messages and comments promptly.
- Encourage customer interaction and reviews.
Housekeeping & Opening:
- Perform daily cleaning from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
- Ensure the café is clean and ready before opening at 11:30 AM.
Customer Service:
- Be friendly, attentive, and professional at all times.
- Assist customers and answer enquiries clearly.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Encourage reviews and repeat visits.
Animal Care:
- Feed cats according to schedule.
- Keep feeding areas clean.
- Clean litter boxes and maintain hygiene.
- Perform basic grooming (e.g., brushing, light cleaning).
- Monitor cats and report any issues.
Bookings & Reporting
- Check and update daily bookings each morning.
- Manage reservations and changes properly.
- Reply to customer enquiries quickly (within 1 hour during operating hours).
- Follow up to secure bookings.
- Complete daily closing reports. Closing Duties
- Perform basic cleaning before end of shift.
- Ensure café is clean, neat, and ready for next day.
